Missing 23-year-old from Aiken returns home safe

AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Aiken Department of Public Safety says 23-year-old Cannon Richardson returned home Wednesday evening.
Officials say he was last seen at approximately 11:15 a.m. Wednesday morning at 1135 Gregg Hwy in Aiken, wearing a long-sleeve, blue pullover, and khaki pants.
Officials said he has diminished mental capacity.
